Alliance Surgical has 28 regional Principal Service Provider (PSP) companies.

Each PSP has founder member shareholders and associated members who between them make up almost 30 sub-specialties, providing multi-disciplinary coverage.

Each company has a PSP lead consultant who acts as a co-ordinator and communications channel between the PSP and Alliance Surgical.

Lead consultants are able to advise and update on any issues relating to the company.
